RAV50 is a 4mil removable, changeable, and repositionable calendared semi-matte finish vinyl with a grey blockout adhesive. This product can be applied to any well prepared smooth, flat, dry surface. This product is best used for short term decals on walls and windows and for applications that require excellent hiding power and removability without heat or chemicals, such as 'changeable graphics'.

RAV50 has an unlaminated outdoor durability of up to 1 year. PLEASE NOTE: RAV is not recommended for any long term outdoor applications.

RAV can be contour cut by placing a specially named 'CUT' line in your file. The finished product is NOT weeded and is shipped in roll form.

LMB78 is a 6oz perforated (partially see-through) scrim banner vinyl. It is mainly used where the banner needs to be strong, yet light weight, or when a "different" look than a standard banner is required.

LMB78 has an outdoor durability of up to 2 years and it has good scratch resistance without lamination. It can be printed in tiles with an overlap so that oversized banners can be produced.

SRV is a commercial grade reflective sheeting, and is an enclosed lens, pressure sensitive coated sheeting with an easy release liner. SRV is printed at a resolution of up to 1080 dpi. SRV is a 44 inch wide adhesive intended for production of noncritical traffic signs and pressure sensitive stickers width. Meets ASTM Type 1 specifications

SRV has an unlaminated outdoor durability of up to 3 years (up to 5 years with lamination)

UltraPoplin PES C240 is 7.1 oz. and is knitted 100% polyester with a digital coating on one side allowing for a vibrant print quality. The poplin texture has a slight stretch, making it ideal for expanding over frame systems and structure applications. It is also perfect for tradeshow graphics. To avoid creasing and wrinkles this product should be stored rolled on a core and not folded.

WAP50 is a vinyl film used to print building window graphics. The unique 60 percent perforation pattern allows a full graphic image to be seen on the outside while allowing viewing through the window from the inside. It has an unlaminated outdoor durability of up to 2 years, has good scratch resistance.

NOTE: This product has a High-Tac adhesive so proper removal procedures must be followed using a heat gun along with solvent for clean-up.

CPF48 is a clear polyester film for UV Inkjet printers. This film is a dimensionally stable, image enhancing clear film that can be printed on the front, back, or both sides.

Typical applications include reverse printed light boxes, window displays, illuminated signs, point-of-purchase signs.

This product can be laminated with our double sided window mount adhesive to create removable window signage as well.

SAV50 is a 3 mil calendered matte finish vinyl with a grey adhesive, printed at resolutions up to 1080 dpi. This product can be applied to any well-prepared smooth, flat, dry surface, and is perfect for most flat signage and decal applications. Sandwich boards, real-estate signage, construction signage, and window graphics are all examples of where this product is used. It is NOT recommended for vehicle or awning applications.

SAV has an unlaminated outdoor durability of up to 2 years, with excellent scratch resistance, making lamination optional. A gloss vinyl lamination can be applied to SAV50 for less than $2 per lineal foot, which will add 'pop' to your colours and improve outdoor durability by one year.

Contour cutting is available with SAV50.

PSB60 (formerly SSB) is a High Performance 15oz SEMI-GLOSS finish semi-opaque banner vinyl with a heavy scrim layer.

When oversized banners need to be produced, it can be printed in tiles with an overlap. With an outdoor durability of up to 2 years and it has good scratch resistance without lamination. Typical uses: Event banners, pole banners, hanging pennants.

This product is also available in a 122in width (PSB10).

CAV50 is a 3mil calendared clear gloss finish vinyl with a near optically clear adhesive. This product can be applied to any well prepared flat surface with slight compound angles having no rivets or other surface irregularities. Uses range from window decals to overlays on translucent acrylic panels. It can also be applied to any existing white surface, including white reflective metal signs or even raw uncoated metal blanks.

As CAV50 is an almost perfectly clear vinyl, it is also perfect for backlighting in front of a translucent substrate. However, we recommend you select our "backlighting ink saturation" option if the light behind the print will be intense.

CAV50 has an unlaminated outdoor durability of up to 3 years; however, it has poor scratch resistance without lamination. Film lamination can be applied in order to minimize surface scratching and improve overall outdoor durability.

Oversized signs can be printed in tiles with an overlap, but is not recommended as the overlaps may appear darker. Contour cutting is available by placing a specially named 'CUT' line in your file. The finished product is NOT weeded and is shipped in roll form.

VAV50 is a 2mil cast gloss finish vinyl with an easy to apply gray block-out adhesive designed specifically to minimize air bubbles when applied dry to vehicle surfaces. It also has the 'control tack' feature which allows the media to sit on the application surface without sticking until pressure is applied. This product can be applied to any well prepared surface with compound angles and rivets or other surface irregularities.

VAV50 has an unlaminated outdoor durability of up to 3 years; however, it has poor scratch resistance without lamination. Vehicle film lamination can be applied to minimize surface scratching, protect against fuel spills, improve overall outdoor durability, and make the media slightly more rigid for ease of application to vehicles.

TCV is a calendared translucent vinyl with a CHANGEABLE clear adhesive, printed at a resolution of 1000 dpi. It can be removed from backlight substrates without any resedue left behind.This product can be applied to any well prepared flat surface with slight compound angles having no rivets or other surface irregularities.

TCV has an unlaminated outdoor durability of up to 1 years;  Film lamination can be applied to TAV in order to minimize surface scratching and improve overall outdoor durability.

TCV can be applied to any existing clear or white surface. Oversized signs can be printed in tiles with an overlap, but this is usually not recommended for translucent vinyls as the overlaps may appear darker.

TCV is perfect for backlighting in front of a translucent or clear substrate. However, we recommend you select our "backlighting ink saturation" option if the light behind the print will be intense.

A 2−mil removable graphic film. When heated and applied with a specialized application tool andtechniques, these films conform to moderately textured surfaces on both flat and curvedsubstrates, including concrete block, brick, industrial stucco and tile similar to those surfacescommonly found in sports arena, stadiums, restaurants, retail and other public venues.

OCV44 is a clear, conformable, screen or ink jet printable cast
PVC film, with a removable adhesive. Ideal for applications to glass and clear acrylic where clear vision is required on the unprinted areas of the graphic on shop windows, vehicle windows, or interior partitions to implement creative design ideas combined with functional benefits.

Ideal for use on glass, PMMA, Polycarbonates (polycarbonates may require drying with heat before use)

Removable without heat or chemicals from noted substrates. No guarantee is given for ease or speed of removal of any graphic, which will be dependent upon air and substrate temperatures

RSB44 banner is designed for a broad range of graphic applications such as safety short term billboards, banners, graphics and signage that requires visibility at night.

LAV50 is a 3mil calendered gloss finish vinyl with a removable block-out, pressure-sensitive Comply adhesive for easier bubble-free application. LAV50 is a good versatile film for indoor and outdoor applications. Example of uses: Window applications, applied to metal signage, and Street signage.

LAV50 has an unlaminated outdoor durability of up to 3 years (up to 5 years with lamination). It can be contour cut by placing a specially named 'CUT' line in your file. The finished product is NOT weeded and is shipped in roll form.

PAV50 is a 4mil cast, vinyl film used to print short-term, architectural and vehicle window graphics. The unique 50 percent perforation pattern allows a full graphic image to be seen on the outside while allowing viewing through the window from the inside. The film has clear, removable, pressure-sensitive adhesive and a high gloss finish.

PAV50 has an unlaminated outdoor durability of up to 2 years; however, it has poor scratch resistance without lamination. Film lamination can be applied to minimize surface scratching, protect against fuel spills, and improve overall outdoor durability.

IPP is photo quality 135gsm/6.5 mil satin finished paper for indoor and limited outdoor use. Single side coated paper suitable for graphic arts prints with high resolution and perfect colour brilliance.

135gsm is the grams per sqaure meter. This is equal to roughly 36lb paper. Standard letter paper is 20lb or 75gsm.

This is the same product as PSB61 except it is 126 inches wide, with 122 inches available for printing. (formerly SSB10)

35 INCH WIDE. A 13 oz. smooth, coated, two sided vinyl banner with a light duty 100% block-out scrim layer. It is best suited for indoor applications or outdoors under low stress conditions where banner opacity is needed. With its unique low curl formula and lay-flat appearance, USB is perfect for pop-up or scrolling banner stands, tradeshow and events graphics, POP and any hanging banner or sign. Widths range from 39” - 80”.

This is a 2-mil, durable, opaque film designed for making short term graphics that are applied to unsealed, outdoor, pedestrian traffic surfaces or selected smooth-to-rough wall surfaces.

Sidewalk signs provide a unique way to reach consumers at the retail point-of-customer contact.  Almost anywhere you have pedestrian traffic, sidewalk signs can present your message effectively to customers, clients, visitors and employees.

RTV is a 'second surface' application, where your file is printed in reverse on the adhesion side of translucent vinyl so that it can be applied to the backside of windows or on clear plexi for light boxes. The finished product is a 6mil calendared vinyl, printed at a resolution of 720 dpi. This product can be applied to any well prepared flat surface with slight compound angles and no rivets or other surface irregularities.

RTV has an outdoor durability of up to 3 years.

Our "backlighting ink saturation" option can be selected for this product, but contour cutting cannot, and lamination is of course unnecessary.

Because RTV is a two step process involving the layering of two vinyls, set-up costs and linear footage costs are higher than other materials.

CAUTION: It may be difficult to tile several panels together with this product, as there is no visual reference. Also, please do not send your files in reverse as this will automatically be done when your order is processed.

TSP is a multi-layer coated, water- and outdoor resistant, high white Paper. Qualified for billboard application. TSP  delivers high scratch resistance, and perfect folding
performance. Typical Applications: Photo-realistic Presentation print-outs, Billboard, Advertising, City light posters / Backlight – Displays

This product is printed with a Day/Night viewing option. We print the image twice, with a white layer sandwhiched in-between the 2 layers, resulting in a product that looks good in both frontlit and backlit situations.

ESB60 is a Standard 13oz MATTE finish semi-opaque banner vinyl with a standard scrim layer.

NOTE: Our Economy line of Products including ESB and ECOR are printed at a different Resolution than our Standard Products and therefore the Colour may vary from our standard.

This product is also available in a 122in width (ESB10).

BLB is a 15 oz. strong, quality, back-lit substrate that can be used for any back-illuminated indoor or outdoor sign, billboard or flexible face application. A high-end, yet economical choice, BLB is specially engineered to avoid flow marks when back-lit and is available in a gloss finish.

BLB10 has an outdoor durability of up to 2 years and it has good scratch resistance without lamination.

Backlighting is available on this product, but please run small samples with backlighting on and another off before uploading large runs, to assure you get the results you want, as backlighting requirements can vary greatly.

This is the same product as ESB61 except it is 126 inches wide, with 122 inches available for printing.

MAG38 - is a .030 Magnetic Sheeting printed directly with UV ink. It is perfect for application to vehicle doors or for smaller applications such as fridge magnetics.

Square cuts are include in the cost of your print. However, this product can also be contour cut on our CNC so absolutely any size or shape you require is no problem at all. Select "Contour Cutting" for any shape other than square.

NOTE: MAGNETICS SHOULD NOT BE APPLIED TO ANY NEW VEHICLES OR NEWLY PAINTED VEHICLES FOR AT LEAST 90 DAYS TO ALLOW THE PAINT TO CURE.

ASC50 is an acid-free, textured matte finish canvas designed for long-term, fade resistant fine art or photo reproductions. ASC50 is 54" wide with a printable width of 50" and can be printed in tiles with an overlap, so that oversized prints can be produced. As with any larger print, caution should be taken with both finishing and the installation so that no damage occurs to the product or property.

This product should be permanently attached to a rigid board or frame with staples or tacks. Using glue or pressure sensitive adhesives is not recommended, as this does not prevent the material from natural environmental shrinkage over time. When the material shrinks, the adhesive may fail, causing edges to curl and possible delamination.

ASC50 has a high degree of water and fade resistance even without lamination, but it is not intended to be used as a long term outdoor product. Our standard liquid lamination can be selected to add 'sheen' and extra protection to the product, but it is not recommended to overlaminate with pressure sensitive laminates because they do not have complete contact with the surface of the textured canvas.

ASC50 is intended to be used as a mounted product, but it can certainly be used in specialty poster and banner applications.

Backlighting and contour cutting options are of course not available for ASC.

DAF50 is a coated 7mil polyester fabric with an acrylic removable pressure sensitive adhesive on a 90# stayflat liner provides excellent stability, allowing for removability, repositionable and reusable of graphics on normal wallsurfaces.

DAF50 is designed for promotional application of decals and graphics to most types of painted interior walls,using flat, semi gloss or gloss paint finishes. Can be used in most promotional Wall graphics & short term outdoorapplications. Decals may also be applied to sealed wall coverings. The surface must be smooth and clean prior toapplication.

DAF50 can be Contour Cut and the Typical application is Removable Wall Stickers for Home, Kids Rooms, Nursery, Dorm Rooms, Offices, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms lobbies, offices, businesses etc.

NOTE: Lamination is not required.
