Order Rigid Signs


Coroplast 4 mm STD

COR04 is a 4mm SEMI-GLOSS FINISH corrugated plastic sheeting, also known by the brand name Coroplast®, is an extremely versatile, extruded twin-wall plastic sheet. It is durable and can be cut to create collapsible signage. Corrugated Plastic is an excellent substitute for foam board or card stock for interior applications. Its surface is not affected by most oils, solvents or water, and cleans easily. Typical uses include: Menu boards, Event signage, Directional/ informational signage, Industrial/Construction, Indoor point-of-sale, Temporary signage, Low-cost signage, Trade shows

Corrugated plastic is aligned with flutes that generally run horizontally across the width of the sign. The lines are slightly visible when looking at the material. If you require vertical flutes for stake sign holders, please inform us at time of order.

The maximum sheet size without tiling is 48 inches by 96 inches. Available in various size we currently only stock 48x96 inch panels.



Sintra 3 mm

Sintra is a lightweight, yet rigid, board made of expanded PVC with a low gloss matte finish. It projects a high-quality and professional image for your business or event. This product is best suited for long-term indoor or short-term outdoor applications. When used outdoors, it must be sheltered and used in low-humidity areas, as it may absorb moisture and mildew. Examples include: Point of sale displays, Menu boards, Directional/ informational signage, and Trade show signage.

The maximum sheet size without tiling is 48 inches by 96 inches. Although available in thicknesses ranging from 1 mm to 13 mm, we only stock 1mm, 3mm and 6mm.



Gatorplast 3/6 inch

Gatorplast is an extruded polystyrene foam board, bonded between two layers of high-impact polystyrene sheets. It is similar to foam core, except a higher quality plastic face replaces the paper face on foam core. Gatorplast is a better choice for projects where the board is going to handled repeatedly or transported.  Gatorplast  is much more dent resistant and specifically, more rigid, than foam core. Typical applications include the following signage:  Menu boards, Event signage, Directional and informational signage, Indoor point-of-purchase, Temporary signage, Low-cost signage,  and Trade show graphics

The maximum sheet size without tiling is 48 inches by 96 inches. It is available in 3/16 or 1/2 inch thicknesses. We only stock  3/16’ panels



Card Stock 060

This card stock is a clay coat paper product, approximately 1/8 inch in thickness. 48x96 inch max sheet size.



Coroplast 10 mm STD

This product consists of 10 mm corrugated plastic sheeting, also known by the brand name Coroplast®, is an extremely versatile, extruded twin-wall plastic sheet. It is durable and can be cut to create collapsible signage. Corrugated Plastic is an excellent substitute for plywood, and MDO. Its surface is not affected by most oils, solvents or water, and cleans easily. Typical uses include: Real Estate signage, Event signage, Directional and informational signage, and Industrial/Construction site signage.

Foam Core 3/16 inch

Foam Core board is an lightweight yet sturdy extruded polystyrene foam board with clay coated liners. It is suitable for indoor use. Standard foam core board is an economical product for temporary and short-term use. Typical applications include the following signage: Menu boards, Event signage, Directional and informational signage, Indoor point-of-purchase, Temporary signage, Low-cost signage, and Trade show graphics.

The maximum sheet without tiling is 48 inches by 96 inches. It is available in 3/16 and 1/2 inch thicknesses. We currently stock 3/16” panels.



Sintra 1 mm

Styrene 030

This product is a white polystyrene 0.030 mil film used for point of purchase applications. Polystyrene is a durable lightweight product used primarily for indoor or temporary outdoor signage. Typical applications include the following signage: Menu boards, Special events, Directional and informational signage, Indoor point-of-sale, Temporary signage, Low-cost signage,

Trade shows Polystyrene is very similar to foam PVC and coroplast. Polystyrene's flexibility makes it  ideal for curved surfaces and it is best used indoors. The maximum sheet size without tiling is 48 inches by 96 inches.



Polycarbonate 030 BAC

Is a tough, polycarbonate material (0.030” thickness) that is excellent for signage and displays due to its outstanding impact resistance property.

Polycarbonates have exceptionally high-impact strength over a wide temperature range. It is characterized by an excellent combination of toughness, transparency, heat and flame resistance and dimensional stability. Humidity changes have little effect on dimension or properties of molded polycarbonate parts. Polycarbonate are generally unaffected by greases, oils and acids.

This product is printed with a Day/Night viewing backlighting option. We print the image twice, with a white layer sandwhiched in-between the 2 layers, resulting in a product that looks good in both frontlit and backlit situations.

The maximum sheet size is 48 inches by 96 inches, without tiling.



Alum Comp 3mm STD

Aluminum Composite is used for your longer term outdoor signage needs. Consists of aluminum outer surface permanently bonded to a solid polyethylene core. A durable and versatile, material designed for a wide variety of outdoor uses including these types of signage: Site Signs, Directional Signs, and Identification Signs


Though this product is available in the following sizes (in inches): 48x96, 48x120 and 59x120, we only carry 48x96 inch panels.



Polycarbonate 236 BAC

Is a tough, polycarbonate material (0.236” thickness) that is excellent for signage and displays due to its outstanding impact resistance property.

Polycarbonates have exceptionally high-impact strength over a wide temperature range. It is characterized by an excellent combination of toughness, transparency, heat and flame resistance and dimensional stability. Humidity changes have little effect on dimension or properties of molded polycarbonate parts. Polycarbonate are generally unaffected by greases, oils and acids.

This product is printed with a Day/Night viewing backlight option. We print the image twice, with a white layer sandwhiched in-between the 2 layers, resulting in a product that looks good in both frontlit and backlit situations.

Styrene 060

POL18 is a tough, polycarbonate material (0.1875” thickness) that is excellent for backlit signage and displays due to its outstanding impact resistance property.

Polycarbonates have exceptionally high-impact strength over a wide temperature range. It is characterized by an excellent combination of toughness, transparency, heat and flame resistance and dimensional stability. Humidity changes have little effect on dimension or properties of molded polycarbonate parts. Polycarbonate are generally unaffected by greases, oils and acids.

Coroplast 4mm Economy

NOTE: Our Economy line of Products including ECOR and ESB are printed at a different Resolution than our Standard Products and therefore the Colour may vary from our standard.

Cut Only

This option will result in your banner or rigid material being cut to the document size.

Banners will not have any hems, grommets or other finishing. NOTE: Banner material may curl at the edges when not hemmed.



Grommets Only

If you select this option, your banner will be trimmed to your document size and grommets will be added in the corners and every 24 to 30 inches.

NOTE: Banner material may curl at the edges when not hemmed. Also, grommets without hems may easily tear from the banner if placed under too much tension.



Contour Cut

If you select this item, your sign will be cut along the contour line specified in the PDF file. (See the Contour Cuts page for more information.)



Double Sided - Cut Only

If you choose this option, your rigid sign will be printed on both sides and cut to the document size. If you wish to have different images printed on each size, please MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PDF HAS TWO PAGES.



Double Sided - Grommets Only

If you choose this option, your rigid sign will be printed on both sides and cut to the document size. Grommets will be added to the four corners and then every 24 to 30 inches as required. Should you require any special grommeting please email us with these instructions. If you wish to have different images printed on each size, please MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PDF HAS TWO PAGES.



Double Sided - Contour Cut

If you choose this option, your rigid sign will be printed on both sides and then contour cut.  Two images are required for this option so please MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PDF HAS TWO PAGES.  In order for the images to align correctly you will need to include cut lines on both pages. It is also important that the images have been correctly mirrored to ensure the images are aligned for cutting.
