PSB61 - 61 inch Premium Scrim Banner

PSB61 (formerly SSB) is a High Performance 15oz SEMI-GLOSS finish semi-opaque banner vinyl with a heavy scrim layer.

PSB61 can be printed in tiles with an overlap so that oversized banners can be produced. This material is 63 inches wide but only 61 inches can be used for printing.

PSB61 has an outdoor durability of up to 2 years and it has good scratch resistance without lamination.

This product is also available in 122 inch width (PSB10).

(LMB) - 78 inch Light Mesh Banner

LMB is a 6oz perforated (partially see-through) scrim banner vinyl, printed at a resolution of 600DPI. It is mainly used where the banner needs to be strong yet light weight or when a "different" look than a standard banner is required or for fence applications.

LMB can be printed in tiles with an overlap so that oversized banners can be produced.

LMBhas an outdoor durability of up to 2 years and it has good scratch resistance without lamination.

 

PSB10 - 122in Premium Scrim Banner

This is the same product as PSB61 except it is 126 inches wide, with 122 inches available for printing. (formerly SSB10)

(ASC) 50 inch Artist Canvas

NOTE: This product is intended to stretch over frames, but can also be used as a banner.

ASC is an acid-free, textured matte finish, canvas designed for long-term, fade resistant fine art or photo reproductions printed at 720 dpi. This product should be permanently attached to a rigid board or frame with staples or tacks. Using glue or pressure sensitive adhesives is not recommended, as this does not prevent the material from natural environmental shrinkage over time. When the material shrinks, the adhesive may fail, causing edges to curl and possible delamination. Maximum print width is 50 inches, without tiling.

ASC has a high degree of water and fade resistance even without lamination, but it is not intended to be used as a long term outdoor product. Our Standard Liquid Lamination can be selected to add "sheen" and extra protection to the product, but it is not recommended to overlaminate with pressure sensitive laminates because they do not have complete contact with the surface of the textured canvas.

ASC is intended to be used as a mounted product, but it can certainly be used in specialty poster and banner applications.

ASC can be printed in tiles with an overlap so oversized prints can be produced. However, as with any larger print, caution should be taken with both finishing and the installation so that no damage occurs to the product or property.

NOTE: Backlighting as well as Contour Cutting options are of course not available for ASC.

(BLB) Backlit Scrim Banner M/L

BLB is a 15 oz. strong, quality, back-lit substrate that can be used for any back-illuminated indoor or outdoor sign, billboard or flexible face application. A high-end, yet economical choice, BLB is specially engineered to avoid flow marks when back-lit and is available in a gloss finish.

BLB10 has an outdoor durability of up to 2 years and it has good scratch resistance without lamination.

Backlighting is available on this product, but please run small samples with backlighting on and another off before uploading large runs, to assure you get the results you want, as backlighting requirements can vary greatly.

 

(TSP) Transit Shelter Poster Paper

TSP is a multi-layer coated, water- and outdoor resistant, high white Paper. Qualified for billboard application. TSP delivers high scratch resistance, and perfect folding
performance. Typical Applications: Photo-realistic Presentation print-outs, Billboard, Advertising, City light posters / Backlight – Displays

This product is printed with a Day/Night viewing option. We print the image twice, with a white layer sandwhiched in-between the 2 layers, resulting in a product that looks good in both frontlit and backlit situations.

(USB) 35 inch Ultra Smooth Banner

Hems are not recommended for the 35-inch wide product as creasing may occur.

A 13 oz. smooth, coated, two sided vinyl banner with a light duty 100% block-out scrim layer. It is best suited for indoor applications or outdoors under low stress conditions where banner opacity is needed. With its unique low curl formula and lay-flat appearance, USB is perfect for pop-up or scrolling banner stands, tradeshow and events graphics, POP and any hanging banner or sign.

(IPP) 63 inch Indoor Poster Paper

IPP is photo quality satin finished paper for indoor and limited outdoor use. Single side coated paper suitable for graphic arts prints with high resolution and perfect colour brilliance.

POP10 - 118 inch POPLIN Fabric Banner

UltraPoplin PES C240 is 7.1 oz. and is knitted 100% polyester with a digital coating on one side allowing for a vibrant print quality. The poplin texture has a slight stretch, making it ideal for expanding over frame systems and structure applications. It is also perfect for tradeshow graphics.To avoid creasing and wrinkles this product should be stored rolled on a core and not folded.

DSB10 - 122in Double Sided Scrim Banner

ESB61 - 61in Economy Scrim Banner

ESB61 is a Standard 13oz MATTE finish semi-opaque banner vinyl with a standard scrim layer.

NOTE: Our Economy line of Products including ESB and ECOR are printed at a different Resolution than our Standard Products and therefore the Colour may vary from our standard.

When oversized banners need to be produced, it can be printed in tiles with an overlap. With an outdoor durability of up to 2 years and it has good scratch resistance without lamination.

This product is also available in a 122in width (ESB10).

ESB10 - 122in Economy Scrim Banner

This is the same product as ESB61 except it is 126 inches wide, with 122 inches available for printing.

(LMB) - 122 inch Light Mesh Banner

Cut Only

This option will result in your banner or rigid material being cut to the document size.

Banners will not have any hems, grommets or other finishing. NOTE: Banner material may curl at the edges when not hemmed.

Hemmed Only

If you select this option, one inch taped hems will be added to your banner.

Because of the fold for the hem, the banner will be smaller by two inches in each dimension. For example, if the document size is 48 inches tall and 96 inches long, the finished size would be 46 inches tall and 94 inches long. If your deisred finished size is, for example, 48 inches by 96 inches you should add an extra inch to all sides.

Grommets Only

If you select this option, your banner will be trimmed to your document size and grommets will be added in the corners and every 24 to 30 inches.

NOTE: Banner material may curl at the edges when not hemmed. Also, grommets without hems may easily tear from the banner if placed under too much tension.

Hemmed and Grommets

If you select this option, one inch taped hems will be added to your banner.

Because of the fold for the hem, the banner will be smaller by two inches in each dimension. For example, if the document size is 48 inches tall and 96 inches long, the finished size would be 46 inches tall and 94 inches long. If your deisred finished size is, for example, 48 inches by 96 inches you should add an extra inch to all sides.

Grommets will be added in the corners, and every 24 to 30 inches.

Pigtails

If you select this option, rope will be sewn into the hems on the top and bottom, with 10 foot pigtails exiting from each corner. The hems at the top and bottom are slightly larger than those on the sides, in order to accommodate the rope. For example, if the document size is 48 inches tall and 96 inches long, the finished size would be 45.5 inches tall and 94 inches long.

Pigtails are the best method for free hanging banners. It is best to attach bungy cords to the pigtails in outdoor applications in order to reduce wind stress on the banner.

Rod Pockets 2

If you select this option, 2 inch pockets for rods will be incorporated into the top and bottom of the banner, along the length dimension which you entered when you uploaded the file for the banner.

A full 2 inches of extra material is used to make a pocket, in addition to the 1 inch used for hems. For example, if the document size is 96 inches tall and 48 inches long, the finished size would be 90 inches tall and 46 inches long.

Pole Pockets 2

If you select this option, pockets for rods will be incorporated into the top and bottom of the banner to accommodate a rod with a diameter of up to 1 1/2 inches.

A full 6 inches must be added to both the top and bottom of your document size to produce these pockets, in addition to the 1 inch used for hems on the sides of the banner.

For example, if your uploaded document size is 96 inches tall and 48 inches wide, the finished size would end up being be 84 inches (96 - 12) tall and 46 (48 - 2) inches wide.
